Yellow Flag Productions Scores Big with Ted Coutilish as New Communications Captain

YFP — the parent company of State Champs Sports Network, the voice of Michigan high school sports — is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ted Coutilish as Vice President of Communications. With a distinguished and award-winning career in strategic marketing communications, Coutilish will be quarterbacking the company’s creative messaging, public relations, digital marketing, publications, brand strategy, special events, social media and communications.
Coutilish, a resident of the Village of Grosse Pointe Shores, joins YFP — the agency of record for Lawrence Technological University — with extensive senior communication leadership experience at prominent academic institutions, including the University of Michigan, Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University. At EMU, he led the TRUEMU and #YOUAREWELCOMEHERE game-changing branding campaigns. At Oakland Community College, he scored several groundbreaking digital marketing firsts in Michigan, including the START HERE . . . FINISH HERE partnership program with Oakland University and Tweet a Day digital billboard campaign.
